Miss Woolliscroft

Associate Assistant Headteacher – Inclusion

I’m Miss Woolliscroft and have been part of Walton Priory Middle School since 2019, proudly contributing to our caring, ambitious, and inclusive community.  As Associate Assistant Head (Inclusion), I am dedicated to ensuring that every child is seen, supported, and able to thrive.  I work closely with students, families, and staff to champion inclusive approaches that promote wellbeing, progress, and positive relationships across the school.

Before stepping into this role, I spent 5.5 years as Head of PE, leading a vibrant and inclusive PE curriculum and championing physical activity as a powerful tool for building confidence, teamwork, and resilience. I also held a 12‑month post as Head of Year 7, supporting students through their transition into Key Stage 3.

I have recently completed the National Professional Qualification for Leading Behaviour and Culture (NPQLBC), which has deepened my expertise in developing positive behaviour systems, strong school culture, and effective strategies that support both staff and pupils.

In addition, I lead on organising and coordinating a wide range of trips, visits, and enrichment events, ensuring students have opportunities to broaden their horizons and experience learning beyond the classroom.

I am also excited to be part of the governing team as Staff Governor, contributing to the strategic direction of the school and representing the voice of staff within governance.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, travelling, exploring new places, and keeping active through the gym and boxing. I also love reading, eating out, and shopping. And of course, my Cavapoo, Olive, brings endless joy with her playful energy and affection.

Whether in the classroom, on the sports field, or supporting students through inclusive practice, my goal is always to inspire, motivate, and empower young people to become confident, well-rounded individuals ready for their future.
